Disgusting customer service! Booked appt time at 11am, 11.15-11.20 still sat there to be told, tough u have to wait you were “fitted in”
No I was not! I booked over telephone and lady did not mention at any time I was “being fitted in” absolutely disgusting attitude by the “manageress”
How long was I meant to wait? Till 12? Till 1? Till 2?
My time on. Saturday is as valid as anyone else’s and I had stuff to do!
Staff need to smile more and attend customer service training asap!!
Have been a few times before she staff have been pleasant and polite on time!
Don’t book appt if you cannot carry it out! You were not doing me a favour, as I was paying for this service!
Won’t be returning.

The most disgusting abysmal customer service ever. The most rude people who work there I don’t know how they even got a job there. They are so rude they don’t even smile, wether u go in or not or call on the phone they are so rude.

Very very disappointed today my fav salon I’ve preferred this salon however I don’t live in bury so only go wen im down, was charged a full head of colour only the lady did my roots and the cut doesn’t even look like she has done the back as I wanted a trim rubbish job and sorry to say I won’t be coming back again

Got my hair dyed and as soon as I washed it the base colour had washed out and the highlights turned yellow/orange. Very rough with my hair and when I turned around she had clumps of it in her hands. Worrying. Also quite rude when talking to other members of staff. If I was you I would stay away. It’s not cheap and not good, no redeeming qualities really.

I have been going to Hairwrks in bury for 20 years + where I tried my best to keep the same person to colour and cut my hair which sometimes is difficult as they give you a different stylist which I don't like as they don't know your colour and never do the cut right maybe as I suggested yesterday when I got to my appointment with Amanda but to my disappointment Hairwrks had told her she didn't have to be in until I was told 1 pm maybe 2pm or 3pm ????????? I was very annoyed as they should have cards with the loyal clients details of the colours they have and a contact num the person who did my hair has put the wrong colours on and my hair is dry very disappointed to say the least I am know stuck with this colour until my next appointment with AMANDA person responsible for making the decision to give Amanda who had no choice the morning off.
