Disgusting customer service! Booked appt time at 11am, 11.15-11.20 still sat there to be told, tough u have to wait you were “fitted in” No I was not! I booked over telephone and lady did not mention at any time I was “being fitted in” absolutely disgusting attitude by the “manageress” How long was I meant to wait? Till 12? Till 1? Till 2? My time on. Saturday is as valid as anyone else’s and I had stuff to do! Staff need to smile more and attend customer service training asap!! Have been a few times before she staff have been pleasant and polite on time! Don’t book appt if you cannot carry it out! You were not doing me a favour, as I was paying for this service! Won’t be returning.
