Walked into store in bury. Knew what I wanted, took item to till. Only one staff in the store who was dealing with a customer. Waited,waited & waited somemore. She didn't acknowledge that I was there, felt like I was invisable. Frustrated I put the item I was going to buy back on the shelf and stated to walk out of the store, only then did she acknowledge me an said "can I help you" I just carried on walking & ignored her like she'd ignored me!!! Lost income to you !!! How often that happens who knows???
