I want to a say a big thank you to Stephan for looking after us on Thurs. 26th Nov '15 when we were told our pre booked seats had been changed. Then the reallocated seats for the screening of Winters tale were also occupied.
Stephan was helpful, understanding, professional and polite, wanting to sort the problem for us. 5star treatment from him.
