I visited yesterday for the first time to have HD brows. Having never had them before I wasn't sure what was involved. I usually just have a thread and tint at a different place. Having heard good things about HD brows I thought I'd give it a try.
However when I visited all I had was a thread and tint as I do at the other place but was charged for HD brows, i came home and googled what a hd brow service should involve I feel like I have been tricked into paying double what I usually pay for the same service. There was no waxing, no make up, just tint and threading.
Their response when I messaged them the above message was 'whatever'
I will be contacting trading standards too on Monday morning
