Took my phone to have the screen repaired. They were over priced, but for convenience, decided to go with them. They installed an inferior screen to my iPhone, which is noticeably a poor copy of the Apple original.
Following this, after the repair, it became clear that the phone had developed issues, whilst under their supervision. The phone would no longer charge. This would be fine except when i took the phone back to the shop, they outright denied any responsibility. They said they would repair the fault, as it was common and would cost £15. I begrudgingly accepted. It took a week for them almost to get the phone back to me, at which point they charged £65 to get the phone back.
The single worst experience i have ever had with any business ever!!!.
If i could 0/5 star i would.
Avoid at all costs.
The post office itself, seem okay. Have no problems with their service. Phone guy is atrocious. A regular con merchant.
